The 5-day, 4-night tour in Kaohsiung, Taichung and Taipei is a wonderful journey to explore the beauty and culture of Taiwan. You will visit famous destinations such as Kaohsiung with historical sites, Taichung with beautiful nature and Taipei with its vibrant life and modern architecture. Besides, you will also enjoy unique cuisine and experience the unique culture of Taiwan.
DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - KAOHSIUNG
(Lunch, dinner)
The tour leader will pick you up at Tan Son Nhat airport to check in for your flight to Taiwan. Arrive at Kaohsiung airport . The tour guide will pick you up. Welcome to Taiwan.
Lunch: Lunch at local restaurant. The group departs to
- "Fo Guang Shan Temple" is considered the "Buddhist Capital of Tainan" , an extremely famous Buddhist holy land with extremely majestic architecture.
- Take a photo at the Kaohsiung Music Center (This place has a music performance area, combined with the beautiful view of the harbor and bay, creating a new sightseeing and entertainment destination).
- “ Formosa Boulevard MRT Station ” . Inside the Formosa Boulevard MRT Station in Kaohsiung is the world’s largest glass art installation made of 4,500 panels. Thanks to the impressive kaleidoscope effect, the station area is truly an ideal place to hold wedding ceremonies.
Evening: After dinner at a local restaurant, return to Kaohsiung hotel to check in and rest.
DAY 2: KAOHSIUNG - TAINAN - TAICHUNG (Breakfast, lunch , dinner )
Morning : The group has breakfast at the hotel, checks out and departs for sightseeing.
- The complex of “Spring and Autumn Pavilions” was built in 1951 - a Taoist relic worshiping Guan Yu, the God of War. Next, “Dragon and Tiger Tower” is a temple consisting of two colorful and modern pagodas standing out on Lien Tri Lake .
- “Anping Old Street” Anping Old Street is a famous street in Taiwan. Not only does it have many beautiful scenes to highlight your photos. It also has many typical Taiwanese street foods.
Lunch: Lunch at local restaurant.
- The group stopped and listened to an introduction to the specialty Oolong Tea of the A LY SHAN mountainous region.
- The group enjoyed a special dinner at the BUFET "QIAN YE HOT POT". The group was free to visit and shop at the "Taichung Night Market", a unique feature of Taiwan's night market culture.
The group stayed overnight in Taichung.
DAY 3: TAICHUNG - NANTOU - TAICHUNG
(Breakfast, lunch , dinner )
Morning : The group has breakfast at the hotel and departs for sightseeing.
Lunch: Lunch with local specialty “Grilled Chicken” at local restaurant.
- The group stopped and listened to an introduction to the specialty Lingzhi mushroom of the Nantou mountain region .
- “Wen Wu Temple” - Wen Wu Temple - is located in the north of Sun Moon Lake. Inside, there is the Temple of Literature worshiping Confucius and his two disciples, Mencius and Zihsih, and the Temple of Martial Arts worshiping Guan Yu and Yue Fei - a famous patriotic general of the Song Dynasty.
- "Sun Moon Lake" - Located in Yuchi Township, Nantou County, Central Taiwan, Sun Moon Lake is the largest natural lake in this territory. This place has a charming river scene. The lake is surrounded by mountains on all four sides, bringing majestic and dreamy beauty to Sun Moon Lake . It was once Chiang Kai-shek's favorite resort.
Evening: Group dinner at local restaurant
The group checks in at the Taichung hotel and is free to explore Taichung at night.
DAY 4: TAICHUNG - TAIPEI
(Breakfast, lunch)
Morning : The group has breakfast at the hotel. Check out, the group departs for sightseeing.
- “Vigor Kobo Golden Pineapple Castle ” Vigor Kobo Pineapple Castle was established in 1992 and is now a famous brand specializing in producing pineapple cakes in Taiwan.
- " Shifen Old Village" - Shifen is where people often come to release sky lanterns, write their wishes on them and release them into the sky.
Lunch: Lunch with local specialty “BEEF NOODLES” at local restaurant,
- Taipei 101 Tower - the pride of Asia, was built in 1999 and completed in 2004. Taipei 101 was honored with the Emporis Skyscraper Award in 2004. (excluding the cost of going up the Tower) .
Evening: You will have dinner on your own at "Xi Men Ding Night Market" , freely enjoy local specialties. Then the tour guide will take you to explore the "Xi Men Ding" night market.
The group had dinner and returned to the Taipei hotel to check in and rest.
DAY 5: TAIPEI - HO CHI MINH CITY
(Breakfast , lunch )
Morning : The group has breakfast at the hotel, checks out, and departs to visit:
- "Pi Xiu display center" . Pi Xiu is a mascot that looks similar to a unicorn but has wings and is often worshiped with the meaning of bringing wealth and peace to its owner.
- "Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall" - Chung Cheng Memorial Hall was built to commemorate Chiang Kai-shek, the first president of the Republic of China.
The delegation continued to visit the exterior of the "Presidential Palace".
- Lunch at a local restaurant, the group visits the Duty Free Center . The group moves to TAIPEI airport , takes a flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
Note: Starting from November 4, 2023, due to the airline changing flight times, lunch will be served on the plane.
